  • Are the owners of the company available to discuss options with me, or am I allocated a project manager or supervisor?

    Yes.  The owners of Custom Edge Homes work in the business 100% of the time & are involved in every build project, ensuring each project is completed to the highest standard, on time and within budget.  Upon engaging with Custom Edge Homes, you will also be allocated a supervisor, who will keep you informed at every stage of the construction.

  • Can I contact any of your customers to obtain a level of comfort in what Custom Edge Homes can deliver?

    Yes, we are happy to provide referees if requested.  Our referral of work by our customers has seen Custom Edge Homes grow exponentially & is the primary platform for our continued expansion.

  • Does Custom Edge Homes provide a maintenance service once construction is complete?

    Yes, Custom Edge Homes has a dedicated maintenance team.  We provide a maintenance service for 3 months after construction is complete.

  • Does Custom Edge Homes provide a warranty period after the construction is complete?

    Yes, Custom Edge Homes provide a full 6 year warranty on all our residential new homes.

  • I have a design in mind, can Custom Edge Homes assist me in the construction of my proposed development?

    Yes.  Custom Edge Homes have a dedicated architectural design team with extensive experience in assisting clients to transform a general concept into a fully designed proposal.  We offer the complete service in house, from initial consultation, right through to construction and maintenance.  

  • I need additional financial assistance to enable me to progress my next project. Can Custom Edge help in this regard?

    Yes.  Custom Edge Homes can recommend the financial Mortgage Management services of the team at FinancePath.

  • What building solutions do you offer?

    At Custom Edge Homes our primary focus is design and construction of new homes, offering our clients the complete construction service in house.  We provide expert project delivery in the knockdown and rebuild of single dwelling, dual occupancy projects, boutique townhouse and unit developments within Melbourne.

Design & Colour Selection

We build your own custom plans or amend our own range of single & double storey architect designed homes to suit your individual style & requirements. We include high quality fixtures & fittings as standard, that other builders consider as extras.
